What is Escrow?

Escrow is a financial arrangement where a third party (DealShop) holds and regulates payment of the funds required for two parties involved in a given transaction.

How it protects buyers

Your money is safe until you confirm you have received the item as described. If it's a scam, you get your money back.

How it protects sellers

You know the buyer has actually paid before you ship the item, eliminating the risk of fake checks or chargeback fraud.

Dispute Resolution

If there's an issue, our moderation team steps in to review evidence and make a fair decision.

Are there fees?

A transparent Buyer Protection fee of 2% + €0.50 applies to escrow transactions to cover payment processing, dispute moderation, and Stripe vault protection.
